About the Role
Dandy is hiring an experienced Senior IT Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. The Recruiting team owns all end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experiences across the business with a focus on IT and Business Systems positions , including infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and IT leadership roles. This contract position is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in a company that truly values its Recruiting function, while bringing your expertise to help us scale.
What You'll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for IT and Business Systems roles—sourcing candidates, facilitating engaging interview experiences, and leading offer negotiations
Lead talent acquisition efforts for our IT, infrastructure, security, and business systems teams, collaborating closely with HR and technical leaders to meet hiring goals
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-quality IT and systems talent through research, outreach, events, and referrals
Serve as a trusted advisor to Dandy’s IT and Business Systems leaders, providing market insights, compensation guidance, recruiting metrics, and process improvements
Share weekly, data-driven recruiting updates and insights with hiring managers to refine hiring strategies and optimize outcomes
Drive projects to enhance recruiting tools, processes, and candidate experience, particularly for IT and Business Systems hiring
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment, with a strong focus on IT and Business Systems hiring
Proven success hiring for roles such as IT support, infrastructure, network/security, enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday), and related leadership positions
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage top IT and systems talent
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders on hiring best practices
Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and improve performance
