Senior Marketing Manager (Remote - Eastern/Central Time Preferred)
Are you a strategic B2B marketer with a passion for driving growth and engagement? We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our high-impact professional networks serving CEOs, public company directors, and senior executives. In this role, you'll develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads, enhance brand positioning, and support business objectives.
This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones, though we're flexible for the right person.
What You'll Do
Develop and refine marketing strategies to align with business goals, strengthen brand positioning, and increase market reach.
Conduct competitive analyses and stay up to date on industry trends to identify opportunities and inform marketing initiatives.
Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost, return on investment, and lifetime value.
Execute multi-channel membership marketing campaigns including email, social media, website content, direct mail, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue goals.
Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies to enhance engagement and build brand loyalty.
What We're Looking For
6-8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on lead generation and audience development.
A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn insights into action.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
Ability to analyze the customer journey across multiple touchpoints to improve engagement and retention.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing and experience with database management is a plus.
