Salary: $145,600 - 156,000 per year Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience with Palo Alto routing and security, including relevant certifications
• 7 years of Route/Switch experience
• Practical experience with Extreme & Cisco networking
• Familiarity with AWS and its native services such as GuardDuty, AWS WAF, AWS Shield, and CloudTrail
• Proficiency in managing both Windows and Linux servers and workstations
• Significant experience remediating Windows and Linux operating systems
• Extensive experience utilizing Intune, Tenable, and Defender
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Understanding of network protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Quick comprehension of complex disparate systems
• Experience with local domain and mixed environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively
• A bachelors or associate degree in a technical field along with several years of pertinent experience

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage solutions
• Ensure high availability, compliance, and performance of essential systems
• Manage and support Extreme & Cisco networking solutions to guarantee reliable connectivity
• Address existing vulnerabilities and maintain asset compliance across diverse assets
• Develop, configure, and maintain desktop environments while ensuring compliance
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, optimizing performance
• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and business partners, resolving complex technical challenges and advising on best practices
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes
• Accurately document stakeholder requests or issues, detailing diagnostic steps taken during troubleshooting and assisting with resolution through established procedures
• Monitor work queue, and manage ITSM incidents efficiently to ensure a high service level from the team
