Spa attendants facilitate the day-to-day operations of spa. They conduct regular sanitation, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and assist with tracking supplies and stocking treatment rooms with fresh sanitized materials. It’s essential for them to practice good customer service all throughout, with the end goal of crafting a positive, rewarding spa experience that satisfies customers. They typically work in shifts that may extend to weekends, and evenings. Their work environment is usually quiet and soothing.
