Sr. Scrum Master - Drive delivery across regulated health tech

Requirements

Key Responsibilities  

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and continuous Agile improvement
  

• Drive delivery discipline across cross-functional teams
  

• Track and optimize team velocity and throughput
  

• Collaborate with external clients and internal stakeholders
  

• Identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum
  

Must-Have Skills  

• 5 - 9 years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
  

• Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile rituals
  

• Proven experience with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design, DevOps)
  

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder alignment
  

• Proficiency with Agile tooling like JIRA , Confluence , etc.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills  

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  

• Experience in regulated domains   - HIPAA , FDA , or similar
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD environments , healthtech , or clinical systems
  

• Exposure to scaled Agile in multi-team setups
  

• Strong grasp of Agile metrics , retrospective facilitation , and risk mitigation
