### About the Role
As a Staff Tax Accountant, you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing a variety of tax projects to ensure high-quality service for our clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and eager to grow in tax law and compliance. You will collaborate closely with peers, managers, and clients to deliver timely and accurate tax filings, along with supporting tax planning initiatives.

### Key Responsibilities
- Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and assist with client correspondence.
- Support tax planning and compliance efforts.
- Manage client information requests and ensure timely deliverables.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all tax-related work.
- Assist with special tax projects and firm initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to provide excellent service.

### Qualifications & Skills
- Up to 5 years of experience in public accounting.
- CPA, CPA candidate, or Enrolled Agent preferred.
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and tax regulations.
- Strong proficiency in tax software and accounting applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
