**Job Title: Cell Phone Tester** **Job Description** We are seeking a Product Tester to ensure the quality of our manufactured goods through rigorous cosmetic inspections and functional testing. This role is vital to maintaining the high standards of our wireless handsets. **Responsibilities** + Ensure the quality of manufactured goods per cosmetic inspection and functional test instructions. + Perform tests on wireless handsets using engineering work instructions and equipment. + Compare color, surface texture, or appearance of products with cosmetic charts, templates, or engineering instructions to ensure quality levels are acceptable. + Record pass/fail grades of products manually and through user interface with shop floor database. + Perform other duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of manufacturing experience. + Good computer skills. + Strong communication skills. + Visual acuity and manual dexterity. + Understanding of basic inspection techniques per engineering work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in phone testing and inspection. + Ability to operate manufacturing equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic environment where quality and precision are at the forefront. The role requires adherence to safety standards and precision in executing tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
