What You’ll Be Doing: - Assist Foremen and Lead Carpenters in all aspects of finish carpentry
- Read blueprints and materials lists to ensure accurate execution
- Use a variety of tools to complete high-quality finishes and structures
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and follow all safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with your team to create the customer’s vision efficiently and safely
What You’ll Need: - Finish carpentry experience and a strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel consistently—this is a full-time traveling role
- Comfort working in varying weather conditions and at different heights
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull 50–100 lbs consistently
- A positive attitude and commitment to producing top-notch work
