Job Description

**Duration: 3 months contract** **Hybrid Onsite (3 days onsite every week)** **Job Description:** + This is a mid-level UX design role focused on building thoughtful and user-centered experiences within a Trust & Safety environment. + The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, take projects from ideation to execution, and contribute to the design system using tools like Figma. + The work is fast-paced and high-impact, especially within the context of sensitive workflows related to safety and compliance. **Responsibilities:** + Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, research, policy) to deeply understand the problem space and explore strategic design opportunities. + Lead the design process from concept through execution, ensuring user-centric outcomes. + Create and refine effective and engaging user experiences across visual and interaction layers. + Develop visual assets and collaborate closely with engineering teams for implementation. + Contribute to and evolve component libraries within Figma. + Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively through strong presentation and storytelling skills. **Experience:** + 3-5 years of experience in UX, visual design, and information architecture. + Track record of designing in iterative, agile environments. + Hands-on implementation of visual design systems across platforms using modern design tools. + Experience designing enterprise software or internal tooling. + Familiarity with Trust & Safety, compliance, or policy-driven product spaces. + Technical collaboration experience with front-end developers. + Background in motion design and interactive prototyping is a plus. **Skills:** + Advanced proficiency with Figma, especially in building and maintaining component libraries. + Strong foundation in both UX and visual design principles. + Ability to solve complex problems with elegant, user-focused design solutions. + Attention to detail, creativity within constraints, and a strategic design mindset. + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. + Knowledge of safety, risk mitigation, or sensitive user flows in product design. + Ability to advocate for user-centered design across diverse teams and platforms. + Motion design and prototyping capabilities. + Understanding of front-end development to support design-engineering handoff. **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience in consumer or enterprise software development. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
