Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering menu suggestions when needed.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist in setting up tables and preparing for service.
• Uphold restaurant standards and follow health and safety guidelines.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role is an asset.
• Must live in Kalkara or nearby areas.
• Must have the Skill Pass or be willing to apply for it.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
