Job Description:
The Workiva Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing Workiva software implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and supporting compliance and reporting frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Workiva software solutions across multiple business functions.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Workiva solutions with SOX/internal control, ESG, and financial reporting requirements.
Support data integration, automation, and cloud-based workflows.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and performance optimization.
Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Workiva software implementation or consulting.
Proven success leading complex implementation projects.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, SOX/internal controls, and ESG frameworks.
Proficiency with data integration, automation, and cloud-based systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Workiva Platform Certification will be first preference.
PMP or equivalent project management credentials.
